Given she was never really part of this game to begin with I highly doubt she will be basing her vote on anything remotely intelligent.

It's not like Daniele ASKED to stick around despite doing nothing. We let her get as far as she did. She made the jury phase of the game because none of us wanted to get her out. We can't bitch about it now. She should have the right to vote.
