This week started out with a Big Brother mini for the HOH. Sheila dominated the first round, winning both HOH and Veto. Then, in Round 2, she forgot that Keesha held the title of General and she unanimously got evicted from the Competition. So at this point, all the other side had to do was knock out one of Nathan and Natalie before the Final 2. But Natalie stepped up and started buzzing in like a madwoman. She won the final HOH and took Nathan with her, meaning that the jury would have to vote for someone from that side of the house. They gave the win to Nathan in a 5-0 vote. Last season, Rachel won the mini and went on to win the whole game. Will history repeat itself? Maybe. I could definitely see Nathan winning this thing.
The Veto Competition combined sliding puzzles with some of my favorite trashy dating shows. Each Houseguest would walk away with a date in addition to a prize or penalty. I was a little surprised that Sheila chose the Veto over some of the other prizes, since she knows she is safe with Nathan as HOH. But it shows that she has her eye on the game… and that she really hates Jun and did not want to risk Sarah using the Veto on her. >
Somehow, Natalie ended up with Immunity despite not doing so well in the Veto. When she had the power Week 1 and was making a lot of enemies, I thought she didn’t have much time left. But she has a way of hanging on and just not leaving.
Now she is guaranteed a spot in the final 6 as long as she doesn’t win HOH and put Sheila up.
Also, Sheila and Nathan have won pretty much every Competition since Week 2.
Week 2 HOH- Sheila
Week 2 Veto- Sheila
Week 3 HOH- Nathan (Sheila also won on the winning team)
Week 3 Veto- Nathan
Week 4 HOH- Jun (but this Competition was fixed in Jun’s favor—with Sheila and Nathan being the ones fixing it. Also, Sheila ended the competition with the most HP on her team)
Week 4 Veto- Howie (Neither Sheila or Nathan was playing, so someone else finally had a chance to win. Sheila did say she would have gotten all the pictures right though!)
Week 5 HOH- Nathan
Week 5 Veto- Natalie (because Nathan and Sheila found most of the passwords and gave them to her)
Week 6 HOH- Sheila
Week 6 Veto- Jun
Week 7 HOH- Nathan
Week 7 Veto- Sheila
No one has really beaten them, except Chi Chi in the Elements Veto. I would be shocked if neither Sheila or Nathan made the Final 2. They would be a very deserving Final 2, but it might be too predictable if they steamrolled their way to the Final 2 and then Nathan won for being nicer/less bitchy.
Jun got stuck with a gift that required her to cuss at least one time in every sentence. I would have had FUN with that gift, but Jun wasn’t too happy about it. She got caught not swearing a few times, and then she made a fake screencap to try to get out of a penalty vote. But in the end, the penalty vote did not make a difference either way, and she was sent home in a 6-1 vote.
