After Daniele left the building, the game was down to 5 real players. I couldn’t believe the game was already down to 5, because it seemed like I was just planning the game a few days ago.
It seemed like Nathan had HOH in the bag, even though he was out 2nd in the battlefield part. He cracked all 4 passwords in around 30 minutes, and the only way Sheila or Sarah could win would be to crack every single one. About 3 minutes before the deadline, Sheila cracked the last safe, giving her HOH for the 3rd week in a row. She nominated Sheila and Will.
Going into the Veto, Sheila was the only safe person. If Natalie won, she would save Will and backdoor Nathan. If Will won, Sheila would probably replace him with Natalie, and I’m not sure who would leave between her and Sarah. Will would probably be toast if Sheila won it and decided not to use it. Then Nathan and Sarah were trying to win it to backdoor the bikini barista.
Sarah won it and saved herself, and she and Nathan both expected Natalie to go up. But Sheila was actually confused on what to do. Maybe Nathan should have tried to win it himself so he would be safe and Natalie would be forced up. Eventually, Sheila did nominate Natalie. Was it the best move? I don’t know. There wasn’t really a great choice for her. Either way, she had to nominate an ally. Her best chance of winning in the end would probably be against Natalie. But I know Nathan had stuck by her in the game when everyone else was trying to gun her down, and sometimes loyalty comes before who is easier to beat. If Nathan went up, Natalie would vote him out and it was unclear what Sarah would do. If Natalie went up, Nathan and Sarah would both kick her out.
The best thing for Sheila would have been Will leaving. After putting Natalie up, she told Nathan that she badly wanted it to be a tie so Sheila could send Natalie out just like on the real show. > Nathan actually said he was leaning towards that for a while. It would have been funny if he had actually done that and then Sheila kept Natalie. But in the end, he knew that if he wanted Natalie gone, it was better to vote her out himself.
So Natalie left. The game will feel weird now that she is out. The house will be a lot quieter. Week 1, she was a power tripping bitch and she helped set the tone for drama. Then after that she became an underdog and it was fun to watch her somehow manage to stay each week. Other than that one white elephant incident, I liked having her in the game. She was crazy, retarded, entertaining, and active and I was glad to have cast her again.
